High ping on DC112A (smart cradle)

Hello, i have a little problem with my AirCard Smart Cradle. When i use speed test i have ping around 35ms but in games i have 90 to 120 ms. And I'm asking what to change in settings to get low ping. I have changed MTU and i have disabled NAT translation it gives me 10/20ms but it still not enought. What else can I do? I use latest firmware on AirCard 810S and smart cradle.
