HOW CAN I ACTIVATE 2.4 FREQUENCY ON THE NETGEAR ROUTER
Anytime i try to scan a document it says that an error occured , i spoke to hp technical support and they told me that i need to activate the 2.4 frequency
You gave us a lot to go off.
1. what netgear router do you have?
2. what are you scanning with?
3. Why do you think its a router issue when you're using a scanner?
