How do I Access home network without internet
I have a extended home network (16 componants) all hardwired through 20 port Netgear hub and eveything runs perfect.
Shouldn't I be able to access my home network without internet access?

What's a typical component or two? What are we talking about?

Not a very detailed description of anything. Model number?

You should, depending on what "access my home network" means to you.
So long as the LEDs show good connections, and everyone has a good IP
network configuration, then any device should be able to talk to any
other device on your LAN.
What, exactly, are you trying to do, and what, exactly, happens when
you try?
If there's no router or other DHCP server in the network, then every
device would need to have a static IP address (because there'd be no
DHCP server to assign an address dynamically). Beyond that guess, some
actual information might help your inquiry. Your message suffix
mentions an R6250. Is that involved somehow?
