How do I change my password?
I think we have been hacked. Using more data than we possibly could. Can someone tell me how to change my password? I have looked everywhere. Thanks.

What Password are you trying to change? WiFI SSID name and PW:
https://kb.netgear.com/23439/How-do-I-change-my-NETGEAR-router-s-WiFi-password-or-network-name-SSID
or the routers web page admin log in password?
What NG product do you have?

Hi, thanks, I'm trying to change the network key password that was assigned from the factory. When I go to that website you posted it won't let me sign in. Says its not secure. My router is R6220.
Thank you so much for your help.

Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 10 seconds then let go. Then log in to 192.168.1.1 or routerlogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on. Then go in and configure the SSID name and give a new PW here.

How much data are you using?
Do you do streaming?
Streaming in 1080p or 4K?
A lot of people think they've been hacked when many times its something on their networks actually using the data.

Not sure what "website" you mean, but if it wasn't the link to the Netgear KnowledgeBase it may be the browser graphical user interface (GUI) it isn't really a website as most people know it, just the way that the router's controls show up.
You don't say what the "not secure" message is but that can be be cause the browser you used isn't prepared for that GUI.
A different browser may be more "sympathetic" and let you in.
