How do I remove the ORBI RBK33 device from my Netgear account? I sold the unit and the buyer said I need to remove the device from my account so the buyer can make changes .

Ask buyer what they want to do.
They do not needs you to remove the device from your Netgear account before they can work with it.
Registration covers the 90-days of free support and the warranty, which you cannot pass on.
I assume that you reset the thing before you sold it.
