How do I setup my WNDA3100v3 adapter without any internet

I recently started building my PC and I bought a WNDA3100v3 wifi USB adapter per my friend’s recommendation. My problem is I can’t use Ethernet so I can’t access the internet without wifi but since I didn’t get any CD with my adapter I have to go to netgear’s website to install the software. I can’t do this if I don’t have internet though I do have another PC downstairs but I’m not sure if I could set up the adapter on it and then after it’s set up use it on my PC? I said I can’t use Ethernet because my router is across my house and downstairs so it really isn’t an option for me.
