How to add a devices MAC address to my network

We have a nest thermostat that we are having a hard time getting connect to our WIFI, the support team said we need to add the Nest's MAC address to our router.  We use the Orbi app to access our router but I can't figure out if there is a way to add my Nests MAC address so that it finds it.
