How to find ISP Username and Password

I've gone ahead and factory reset my A1750 Smart WiFi router, and after creating a new password and changing the name and everything, I went ahead to the Setup Wizard in advanced, after detecting my internet type it asked me for my ISP username & password, and I used the username & password that I've used to log into the admin site. It came out as incorrect, I really do not know what to do. Any help?

    Different password.

     

    Tell us which ISP this is and someone here may know more about how the system works.

     

    Some ISPs don't require a password. You just use the email address that they use to contact you. They tie the connection to your line.

     

    As FURRYe38 says, ask the ISP or look at details they sent you.
