How to get help in setting up and they don’t recognize that I bought it from their online store
I just bought a Wi-Fi router from Netgear online. For some reason I am having a hard time getting past the customer service he needs a proof of purchase. I bought it from the store I gave them the numbers I also bought a two year warranty after one hour on the telephone and asking for manager several times they said they call me back and they never have. What do you do in a situation like this?Is this a problem other people have run into.

Not sure what number you called. Many google for a number and get scam numbers.
