How to set the Wifi router WNDR3700v4 to limited time internet access for a device

Hi,

I have a Netgear Wifi router WNDR3700v4 and want to control time internet access for a device in my home network, but I can't figure it out. Is there any way to set time limited for a device at the router? Please help.
