how to update firmware
Thank you but I think I am too old and stoopid to even be asking for help.
What NG product are you needing help on?
Is this a router, modem? Picture display?
There are gentlemen in this forum that are around 20 years my senior. đ
Its a router model R6250 and it is out of warranty.
I don't often use the old lady card but technology scares me.

Do you know what firmware version you're on? A lot of devices automatically update.
Also, is there a reason you think you need to update? Just checking if you're having a problem or what's going on exactly.
