you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

   You seem to be trying to connect your mobile device directly to your
printer, not your printer to your "the Orbi" (router).  'the network
"HP-Print-74-Deskjet 2540 series"' is your printer; nothing to do with
your router.
