I cannot connect android phones but my lap top connects. Extender does not accept password

I have EX2700 extender that was working fine. I had to change main router and then had a problem when resetting extender. It connects to router ok and my laptop has connected to extender fine but neither of our android phones will connect. I enter wifi password but it says "incorrect password". Can anyone help?

    what router are you connecting it to? 

    Did you install it using wps? If so, rerun setup but use the installation assistant and not wps.
