I cant access router login page or internet Nighthawk R8000 or R9000

Disconnect the router from everything except power. Perform factory reset. Connect a single computer to one of the router's LAN ports. Point browser at routerlogin.com, routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1.
Tried that suggestion but still no luck.
Is your computer configured to obtain it's IP address automatically? Can you check that it's getting an IP address? Can you see what the default gateway is?
If its the one on top Default Gateway - it reads - fe80::201...........
If its the one on the bottom Default Gateway - its blank there is no IP, no numbers.
