I can't change the region and internet provider on mobilebroadband settings NETGEAR Router LG2200D

Good evening!

I have a microsimcard from my spanish company (Jazztel) but I can't change the mobilebroadband settings (country, internet service provider, acces number, apn, pdp type) I'll attach you a screenshot here in order to understand better which is my problem. What can I do to solve this? Thank you,
