I connect my WNR1000v3 to an AT&T MODEM
I connect my WNR1000v3 to an AT&T MODEM it's still showing name no resolved help if possible, I also have no-ip.com DNS downloaded to both the netgear and the AT&Tmodem hoping to gain an bridge connection help please. NOw I can't login to routerlogin.net or routerlogin.com 404 error

Page 6 of the User Manual describes how to access the router user interface:

It may be necessary to reset the router to Factory settings as described on page 100 of the User manual.
It would be helpful to know what this means:

i.e. what are you attempting to accomplish?
Generally, No-IP.com is used to set up Dynamic DNS to allow devices on the internet to connect to the router. People often "open ports" on the router so that devices on the LAN can be made available to the internet. Generally, "bridge" is not a term associated with DDNS.
What specific AT&T modem is this?
