I have EAX80 Extender
What would be the best router from Netgear for my 1200 sq foot house with 4 of us working from home

You put you have an EAX80 and a 1200sqft home. 1200sqft isn't very big. You could connect the EAX80 in access point mode and you should be able to cover the home (If nots not brick/metal/concrete/adobe, plaster lathe construction)
Most routers should be able to cover a 1200 sqft home provided its standard wood/sheetrock construction. So I'm curious why you have the extender?
What router is it currently running off?
