   I believe that this post is in the running for the least useful
information in a problem description in these forums lately.  (Not a
group which is easy to join.)

   "NETGEAR94"?  That's not a model number.  Look for "Model" on the
product label.

   With that datum in hand, you might try the obvious:

   Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at least).  Read.
Look for a topic like "Types of Logins" to see some of the different
types of "my password" which exist.  Further reading might not hurt,
either.

   If questions or problems remain, then you might return here with some
basic facts, such as your device's model number and firmware version, to
what it's connected, what you're trying to do, what you actually did,
what happened when you did it, and so on.
