i just bought the orbi RBR10 3 pack, and the 2 satellites will not pair
just bought this orbi and it won't pair with the 2 satellites. please help

Were these purchased from Walmart? I have purchased 2 kits, and both kits would not pair. I contacted Netgear, and was told there was an issue with them from Walmart, I am waiting for a response. I am about ready to just return them and go with a different brand, but I am having hope they will have an answer soon....
I can't belive I got someone who speaks english and helpful! Here are the steps we took and mine are working:
Press and hold the reset on the back of the satellites for 30 seconds (not sure why so long, I know I tried 5 - 10 seconds with no luck), then unplug the router for 60 seconds, once the router is back online, go into the orbi app and click on the add satellite, then just like that it all works. Hopefully this works for you as well.
