I need support I cant log it my router

To say anything is being It's very important and then I get this able to log in I don't know what to do other than reset it and I don't wanna reset it but I'm afraid I'll lose everything if you could help me out with it I would appreciate it very much In other words I'll go through the password and have my password already and I put it in and it doesn't go in it has to double it does a double login and it doesn't work so I don't know I'm amazed this I think somebody's got in this system and change something on this particular computer thank you again are I going to the login or click my login in and it doesn't work it doesn't twice automatically and then it rejects me and I have the right password because I've double checked it on my net ear app
