Firmware version?  Connected to what?  Configured as a router or
    wireless access point?

"can't" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
    descriptions or interpretations.

Define "hidden".  Does your "hidden" include "documented in the User
    Manual"?

Did you consider trying this radical concept (which works for some
    people):

          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RTFM

I've never touched one of these units, so I know nothing, but a quick
look at the WAX204 User Manual found some potentially interesting
    material.

That manual is a 246-page document.  Did you expect _all_ of that
    material to be intuitive/obvious?

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at least).  Read.  Look for
    "isolation"?

The existence of a section title like "Manage client isolation for
clients of the Wireless2 or Wireless3 network" suggests (to me, at
least) that "Wireless1" might be different.  Further reading might not
    hurt, either.
