I'm unable to update my router

just got internet for my parents and when i log into the router it reads there is an available firmware update. I clicked the button for it to autmatically download and I have done it manually and it reads that the firmware is incorrect. any help would be appreciated.

       What's the current firmware version?

       Which file are you sending to the router?

     

    > Model: JWNR2000v5|N300 Wireless Router

     

       Is that accurate?  Look for "Model" on the product label.
