Installing 13,000 sq ft home - advice for the best product?

I need better WIFI coverage in my 3 story, 13,000 sq ft home. My speed at the router is 800 but dies quickly throughout the home. I would like a simple mesh system but may need 6 satellites to cover it all. I am open to any suggestions. I do have Cat5e wired throughout the home. My main concern it WIFI strength coverage. Thanks
