Internet disconnecting after Firmware upgrade

I updated to the new firmware version on Saturday and my internet is disconnecting several times per day. Someone please help. Firmware version v2.7.2.104. WPA2-PSK

This last firmware upgrade is horrible. My main router has been down twice in two days. More times than it has been down in the last 2 years. Highly recommed against installing it.
