internet issues
We have been having internet connection issues off and on for quite sometime, and i'm curious how long routers typically last, and if it's time to replace it :-( we have had it since 2015. We have checked with Charter Spectrum our internet provider, and they have insured us that our modem and internet is working as it should. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

What internet speeds do you pay for?
What speeds do you get hardwired into the modem?
and into the router?What actual issues are you having? Details are key.
It might be fixing the router is the better idea for the time being but its tough to know if its fixable.
