Internet not connecting but skype works
Hi,
Is anybody havig this issue? My internet keeps disconnecting but skype stays connected. Called up support and they created a ticket. The guy played around with the settings on number of channels and said he will call me back in couple of days to check. Issue reoccurred. I called up the support only to know that the ticket was marked as resolved and closed and my 90 day warranty has expired 24 hours back and now they cant help. Unbelievable. This is cheating. Can somebody in the community help?

I am having the same issues, reboot the system, everthing conncects, then an hour of a few hours later it disconnects but its there, I stream all TV and it works fine, i can see the Access there but phone and PC says no internet?

ya never had issue with the TV. As i mentioned, my skype stays connected. But internet drops. I suspect some DNS issue based on some forums. No luck so far. Really annoying with the customer service of netgear
