A couple of options:

  1. Call your ISP and beg them to change your IP address.
  2. Log into your WNDR3400v2, go to Internet/WAN settings and change the MAC address.  You can use the MAC address of one of your computers.  Reboot the router and your ISP's modem.  If you are lucky, your ISP will assign a new IP address.
