Is a tech susposed to return a call from his personal phone?
Basicaly not but if this solve the issue I don't care. I don't care if the cat is white or black the only matter is how he does perform in hunting and terminate rats and mice!!!

But the mice still are alive according to the tech but can be removed for a few!

Unlikely - and no Netgear person has answered here yet. In lieu of the massive attempts to Scam "official" support channels (as it happens for many vendors) accepting this would be a bad idea in general. ChristineT can you give some insight please?
