Is it possible for the R6400 to provide local DNS service (not forward requests; answer them)

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for Smart WiFi Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with General and Smart Wifi (WN and R6000 thru R6400 Series) routers. and did not find it helpful. I know I have an R6400, but I'd never recall the exact title or device description so I couldn't understand where to be looking and chose what I thought was closest.
It would be very helpful if that page had, at the top, a filter that says something like "I have a <fill in>. Show me relevant forum sections".
