Is it possible to set up a Nighthawk AC4000 X6S as a repeater?

The Internet WAN port stopped working so I cannot get the internet connection to it. I have a Nighthawk AC2400 that I am now using for the incoming internet, but it does not have the range of the AC4000. I would like to somehow get the AC4000 to act as an extender/repeater for the AC2400 to get further range, but I have been unsuccessful trying to get it to work.
