Issue connecting to the internet

For the last week I am having issues with my Switch/FW/WAPS (all netgear Switch is GC728XP, FW is BR200, WAPS are 3 WAX610 and a single WAX610Y) connected to the internet.  The SSIDis being broadcast but we're not getting any connection to the outside.  I have FIOS gig service which is healthy as wired connections or wireless off the FIOS router are fine.  All diagnostics make it look normal.  Anyone experiencing similar issues?

  • Some more info.  It appears that my four WAP set up is being seen as four indecent devices transmitting the same SSID.  Multiple devices are asking which MAC address to select.  Also appears that 2.4 thx devices are struggling to maintain connection.  Appreciate any help.

None of that stuff qualifies as one of the "General WiFi Routers (Non-Nighthawk and Non-Orbi)" covered here.

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
