issues opening speedtest.net

I have a netgear cm1100 modem and RBK752 AX4200  router on the orbi router page interface the qos speedtest.net test work... but when I go to the webpage on phone pc, tablet or laptop... the page doesn't respond other speed test such as spectrum  an xfinity att and others do respond and work.... my isp is Spectrum 400MPS service
