Key card trusted devices - RBR50

I've been having some weird issues where some devices will connect and some won't (mix of both 2.4g, 5g, wired. I'm mulling around in settings worried that someone is in my network and in the 2FA section, under trusted devices it the top one was Key Card (Platform unknown) which was listed as primary. Any idea what that is?
