Kit for Home Guest WiFi

Please note: I had to specify a product (I clicked Non-Nighthawk) even though my question is about which product to use.

I currently use a hub provided by my ISP to provide my main and guest WiFi networks. The hub also has some wired links including one to an AC750 access point. Until recently, this has been working fine but a firmware "fix" seems to be preventing me setting the password for the guest network.

I'm therefore considering putting the hub into "modem mode" (so that it provides just a single RJ45 socket for internet access) and buying some new equipment to provide my home network. This new equipment would use the RJ45 connection for internet access, it would also provide the guest WiFi, main WiFi and at least two RJ45 connections. NB the guest WiFi would only be available from the new equipment, I don't need it on the wired ports or on the AC750.

Any suggestions as to what I could use to provide this?
