use same SSID
use same PassPhrase
login to first router ...attached devices ...locate 2nd routers assigned IP....use address reservations to change IP if you want to

Somewhere within the rabit hole of trying to find an answer to this problem, I thought I came across the fact that switching my secondary router to an AP would require me to turn off the primary router's WiFi capability; however, your instructions proved otherwise. Thank you!
