Lightening is great at wrecking electronics.
But you might have a matching power supply sitting around you could try. just make sure it has the same exact voltage and polarity. it can have a higher amperage but not lower.
Worth trying if you have one sitting around because its a pretty common size/voltage used in netgear routers.
