Login auf mein Router R6100 nicht möglich
Hallo, Ich wollte gerade eben meinen Router auf www.routerlogin.net konfigurieren, am anfang lief mit dem Anschluss eines Netzwerkkabel alles glatt, doch plötzlich wurde ein Firmware Update durch...

Briefly, the idea is that "[www.]routerlogin.net" should point to
your own router, but that's true only if you use your own router for DNS
name resolution. Regardless, you should be able to get to the thing
using its IP address, if you can determine (or guess) that. Normally,
that would be something like "192.168.1.1".

Two routers? Connected/configured how? Connecting two routers can
cause many kinds of problems.
OK das mit der CMD.EXE habe ich nun erledigt (s. Bild im Anhang)
Mit dem zugesendeten Link kann ich nicht viel anfangen, es müsste doch eine einfachere variante geben um dieses "Problem" zu lösen?
Ich habe den Hauptrouter bei mir zu Hause von meinem Internetanbieter, danach habe ich mein zweiter Router (Netgear) im Wohnzimm er und dieser benutze ich als WLAN Point, da drauf kann ich mich über mein WLAN oder über eine Kabelverbindung einloggen (OHNE Probleme) und mein letzter Router habe ich im Keller (Netgear R6100). Was ich nicht verstehe ist, wieso funktionierte anfangs die verbindung zum login und danach plötzlich nicht mehr? Mein WLAN im Keller funktioniert einwandfrei bin auch mit den Daten vom Router angemeldet.

So, _three_ routers? If two of them are configured as wireless
access points, then things should work. But, "[www.]routerlogin.net"
(and friends) will work only if your Netgear router is your DNS server.
And, if your Netgear router is a wireless access point, then it can't be
your DNS server.
When a Netgear router (acting as a DNS server) sees a name like
"[www.]routerlogin.net", it thinks that it's special, and it provides
its own answer, which is its own IP address (like "192.168.1.1"). When
some other router (like your Hauptrouter von Ihrem Internetanbieter)
sees a name like "[www.]routerlogin.net", it doesn't think that it's
special, and the result is you get one of those useless/misleading error
pages from a Netgear server in the outside world.
When you configure a router (like your R6100) as a wireless access
point, then it will get its own IP address, either a static address
which you specify, or a dynamic address from your Hauptrouter. You
should be able to use that IP address (instead of a name like
"[www.]routerlogin.net") to talk to your wireless access point (like the
R6100). Similar fuer Ihren zweiten Router. (Bitte entschuldigen Sie
meine endungen.)
Habe schlussendlich über mein Hauptrouter die IP Adresse meines R6100 gefunden und somit das problem auch gelöst.

Your Hauptrouter should let you reserve a DHCP address for the R6100,
so that it's always in the same place when you want to find it.
