Just checked the link.
I obviously can't do the reset via the login page.
I did push the little reset button but that didn't change the issue.
Should the reset button be pushed for some time to do a factory reset?
I don't see such a remark in the manual.

My last backup is about two years ago and I change some stuff in between.
I agree on making a new one once I am done.

    Ah, found it.
    7+ secs on the reset button should do the trick.

      I recommend 10 second press then release.
