Login to Netgear Genie

When I open Netgear Genie and try to Login with ADMIN and PASSWORD, after several minutes it says "netgear router not found".

When I go to routerlogin.com or .net it says: You may not be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access routerlogin.com, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again.

However, INTERNET STATUS reads "GOOD" and WiFi reads "CONNECTED".

Any help on how I can login to update firm ware etc???
