LOSS OF PASSWORD AND MAIL ADRESS

I changed of SSID afer coming from ADSL to fiber my son bought this wifi repeater EX6130 ( french version) end of 2017 and it worked well till this change. He went for a job in Hong Kong and did not left me the used mail adress and password. Is there a way to use this repeater again? Thanks for your help.
