lost my username and password to my extender
i cant find anywhere to actually contact a member from netgear to get my username and password so i can update the firmware. and the security questions on there i dont remember setting
You can factory reset it and get back to the defaults.
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. that'll set it back to defaults.
default login: admin
defautl password: password
then re-install it and write your passwords down somewhere. This isn't a secure method by having them written down
