Making my router a International router

I am trying to make my N750 router an international router. I need to access channels 12 and 13 for testing purposes. Does anyone have any information on doing this?   Thanks

    I got it taken care of with some open source software. It allowed for lots of extras.

    Just a reminder, using other channels outside the specified region may violate the FCC regulation. As netwrks have mentioned you can only access the channels that are available for your region.
