Missing Netgear account

Hello, I have attempted to login to the my Netgear account that is registered to my router. And when I could not log in, I made a request to recover password, and to my shock, your site does not recognize my emails. This is a new account I made today to help me resolve the issue. As I would like to have my router link to this account or the recovery of the other "missing" account.
