Model C7000v2 Ping Spikes every half a second on 5g network

A few moths back I started getting these types of ping spikes on my 5g wifi and recently it's gotten way worse. Every half a second the ping spikes to 150ms or above, then goes back to normal and spikes again. It gets really annoying during gaming because it makes everything seem as if it moves a little then stops, moves a little, then stops. Does anyone have any fixes for this?
