Model R6220- All devices show as UNKNOWN
I'm sure there's something here about this... but i can't seem to find it. All my devices are coming up as "unknown". It's been like this for about 2 years... finally have the time to look into it....
Are we supposed to guess which router model, firmware and modem/ONT you have?

Well the fact that you assume that the common folk should know exactly what info to put on, makes you look like one who needs the wise up. Work on your people skills mijo. I filled in what was given to me to fill out... it never said anything about what and where, etc. If you'd like to help, chill on the tone and kindly request what you need. Otherwise, move on.

Netgear tries to help by suggesting the sort of information you you might want to provide before you hit the send button..
It is all in the forum's header:
Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)Perhaps you missed that bit.
