I clearly said in my original post that the router has been factory reset.
I also linked the website it redirects to IN that same post.
I HAVE posted on their support forum but it seems totally moot.
You mentioned me being able to log in to the 'modem' implies it's a router, but I never once said I was able to log in to it. So I don't know where you got that from.
There's no useful information in the link you posted.
I don't know how else to stress that this magic box is my modem.

That was a completely different discussion that you did not link to, or even mention, in your first message in this conversation.
You cannot expect people to dash all over the place in search of your older messages. Hence my warning.

When I said 'original post' I meant the one you just linked, that does contain all the information I referenced. It's kind of ironic when you say that people won't dash all over the place for my older messages when you actually did so already.
