I don't know how to do any of the things you suggest, and the links lead to pages that are totally confusing.
We commend that if any of this is confusing to you or beyond your skill or capabilities, please find a friend, neighbor or family member or a local computer shop with services to help you out.

I am age 59. I have no friends, NONE. All my relatives are dead. That is why I am on a forum, to get help. I am trying to get my router working, not trying to earn a degree in computer programming. I live in a fixed income of social security disability. I do not have the funds to hire anyone to fix anything.
Ok, would this work? I can turn on a recorder and make a video of the steps I am trying to take, using my microphone to comment as I go. I can then put that up on YouTube, you can watch, then you can respond and say "At 4:22 you made this specific mistake. Go back and do this instead"
