I changed router and use Comcast (Gateway) for internet. I have my TV, Mac computer, iPad all connected to internet. I have a Netgear extended router I use for the back of my house. I can see it but I can not access it because the password is different. I can not figure out how to change password on Netgear device. any help?

- microchip8MasterDo a factory reset. There should be a pinhole somewhere at the back of the device. Press it in for ~10 seconds while device is powered on, then release.

Is that the WN3000RP listed in your subject? (V1, 2 or 3?) That is not an "extended router" so much as a WiFi Range Extender.
If you "see" it on the network, then you may be able to find its IP address. Put that into a browser and, if you know the password for the User Name account (the defaults are admin, which you can't change, and password) perhaps you can get into the browser graphical user interface and adjust the settings.
