Modem/router shuts off
Can anyone help me with my issue? My modem/router shuts off 3-6 times a day. Comes back on in 5 mins or so. Very frustrating. I logged into the router and no updates are available. I’ve unplugged many...

You have the C6300?
do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
those help show us the connection and whats been signaling the router and the ISP can remote reboot devices.

I have the net gear app on my phone. I tried connecting to the router through the app and it says my router is offline. Don’t see how that is possible since I am playing call of duty and using WiFi?

what "Netgear app" is it exactly? there's genie/nighthawk/etc
