Hi brendanfsmith,
1. Please try connecting the Nokia phone to another 2.4GHz wireless network (coffee shop, office, etc.).
2. The option to change the time is under Advanced > Security > Schedule.

Hi brendanfsmith,
We recommend doing a factory reset after updating the router's firmware. You can check the link below for the steps.

no luck
I tried factory reset on the router (twice) including rebooting the modem.
the lumina will not connect to the 2.4. it very quickly (within 2 secs) returns the "your phone cannot connect to the network".
some observations that may or may not be relevant
- while monitoring the Lumina list of available networks, the 2.4G network occasionally drops from the list for 5-10 secs, then comes back for 30-60 secs. repeats. 5G seems to always be available
- the netgear router logs do not show a failed login attempt (normal?)
- the netgear router clock shows 4 hours behind. i am on eastern DST time. no idea how to change the clock/timezone (probably irrelevant, but annoying)
- i see some DoS logs [DoS attack: ACK Scan] (1) attack packets , and [DoS attack: Smurf] (1) attack packets
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
